Return and Exchange Policy

At RideLens, we want you to love your eyewear as much as we love creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and exchange policy is here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [hello@ridelens.bike] with your order number.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Custom or limited-edition products, unless defective.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your RideLens eyewear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

 

Shipping Costs

  • For returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • For exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
